A.O.C. Zone :Gravely Terraces, Clayey/chalky hillsides
V.D.P. (Local Wine) Zone : Alluvial lands, along the
border of the Clamoux
Grape varieties:
A.O.C. : Carignan 40% , Grenache 35%, Syrah 25%
V.D.P. (Local Wine) : Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault,
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
Wine making process :
Carignan by carbonic maceration
Others varieties of grapes by traditional process after
