1000 hectoliters of "Vin de Pays des Coteaux de Peyriac" (Local wine from the hillsides of Peyriac)

Area under cultivation : In exploitation, 45 hectares (111 acres), of which 23 hectares (57 acres) in A.O.C.

Soil :
A.O.C. Zone :Gravely Terraces, Clayey/chalky hillsides
V.D.P. (Local Wine) Zone : Alluvial lands, along the border of the Clamoux

Grape varieties:
A.O.C. : Carignan 40% , Grenache 35%, Syrah 25%
V.D.P. (Local Wine) : Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.

Wine making process :
Carignan by carbonic maceration
Others varieties of grapes by traditional process after scratching the grape skin.

Aging :
In vat, then in bottles
In oak barrels, for the best quality wines.

Conservation : 5 to 10 years
