Chocolate, resinous herbs, walnut oil and beef stock all add to the appeal of the sappy, smooth palate display and this outstanding value finishes with real authority of ripe fruit and resinous Languedoc garrigues."

A CHANGE IN OAKS BARRELS
Cuvée Prestige 2003 and Merlot du Donjon 2003
We have recently racked our aok barrels of Château du Donjon Cuvée Prestige 2003 and Merlot du Donjon 2003.
This has allowed us to rotate and replace one third of them by new ones in order to fill them with the Château du Donjon Prestige 2004 and Merlot du Donjon 2004.
We invite you to discover the results of vintage 2003 in two months when bottlings will rtake place.
